Previous winners of Jetkote firearms giveaways are not eligible to win. Employees of Jetkote (the “Sponsor”), are ineligible. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. HOW TO ENTER: 1) Automatically via a purchase. Eligible individuals who make an online purchase on Sponsor’s website at straightgarbagepodcast.com, during the promotion period, will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each $1.00 spent on an eligible purchase (example: purchase $100 of product from straightgarbagepodcast.com and receive 100 entries into the Sweepstakes). No limit on number of entries received with a purchase on straightgarbagepodcast.com. Purchase transactions must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PST August 17, 2022 to be eligible to receive entries. The number of entries you receive will be based on the list price of your eligible purchase (excludes sales tax and shipping charges) and will be rounded up to the nearest dollar. If a purchase is returned prior to the drawing, entry/ies associated with that purchase will be voided. All purchases are subject to Sponsor’s return policy. Purchasers of Jetkote gift cards receive entries into the Sweepstakes (for every $1.00 Gift Card increment, earn one (1) entry). Purchases made using a Jetkote Gift Card will not receive an entry. Earn 15 ‘bonus’ entries with a $30 to $49.99 purchase, 25 ‘bonus’ entries with a $50.00 to $99.99 purchase and 50 ‘bonus’ entries for every purchase over $100.00. GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: A random drawing for the Grand Prize will be conducted on or about August 28th, 2022, a random winner will be chosen through the sweepstakes program. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. GRAND PRIZE DETAILS: Grand Prize Winner is responsible for FFL transfer and any other expenses not listed related to acceptance and use of prize and must provide a valid driver’s license (as required) prior to delivery. Sponsor to assist/provide transfer and shipping costs for firearms to final destination. Winner is responsible for all costs and fees associated with picking up prizes (including but not limited to airfare, gas, etc.). The prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Failure to take delivery within 30 days of availability could cause the prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.
